Our Shipping Policy
If ordering directly from Unker's, orders are processed and shipped from our main facility in Wyoming. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time will be handled the next business day. We strive to ship out your order within 2 business days, however, due to increased demand or time of year, please allow 3-5 business days. Delivery times are depended upon UPS or USPS schedules.
Place your order by mail or fax with your name, address, telephone number along with the product and quantity. We accept personal checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment must be received with your order.

Our Return Policy
Any product shortage, damage or shipping errors must be reported within 24 hours from receipt of the order. If we shipped you the wrong product, then we will pay the full cost of returning the product. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and handling fees if an order is cancelled after it has shipped.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return products in their original condition and packaging, with the invoice within 30 days from the date of your order. A refund of the product's purchase price will be credited to your credit card account once we have received and processed the returned product(s), less the original shipping charge, in some cases credits may take up to 14 days to process. A handling fee or restocking fee may be applied.
Please send the invoice with the product. Circle the item(s) you are returning on the invoice. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. All returns must be returned in original packaging and are subject to inspection by Unker's Medicated Products management.
